Financial Policy
Payment will be due in full at the time of discharge.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, debit, CareCredit, ScratchPay, cash, and checks.
Refunds will be made after the completing of a billing audit. Refunds for cash payments will be made by check.
Medical conditions can change resulting in changes to your pet’s needs and the final bill will be based on the service your pet receives. We cannot make any guarantee or promises of result of medical care. A deposit may be required before service is provided. Written treatment plans will outline the doctor’s recommendations for your pet’s care. These estimates are only an approximation of the types of services or items your pet may need and the associated costs. It will not include any emergency needs that your pet may require.
